NUBIM is an association where visual artists, dancers and cultural mediators work together to create a community and inclusive, co-creative art projects with children, young people and families – regardless of background, gender and ethnicity. They work in the fields of visual arts, dance/body and nature/sustainability.
The name NUBIM means ‘a quilted pattern’ and refers to a traditional technique in which many different parts are sewn together to form a whole. It symbolises the basic idea of the association: to create community and connection between different people, ideas and art forms.
